[DirectAccess] Windows 8.1 update to disable the NRPT when the NLS is not available

Microsoft just release an update for Windows 8.1 Spring Update in order to disbale the NRPT under any case.

Indeed in order to achive this we need to "Disconnect" DirectAccess:

But this button was only available when connected through DirectAccess, so if the NLS was unavailable for any reason we can't do this because there's no Disconnect option.

This update resolve this scenario by allowing the "Disconnect" option also when the client try to connect to DirectAccess, like when the NLS become unavailable for example.
