[FIM] hotfix rollup

Microsoft recently released a hotfix rollup for Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2.

The main problems solved are:

• The FIM service on some rare case while polling the approval mail raised an exception
• The synchronisation service while exporting the Active Directory data on some case the export will fail
• The synchronisation service while exporting ECMA2 on some case could meet some problems
